Here I gather all my thoughts related to my exercise and diet


body goal: parkour optimal


Longgevitymaxx
Yeah I like this trend I am joining it.
I focus a lot on longevity.
Low impact exercise.
Healthy diet.
Regular exercise.
Varied exercise.
Respect the body like a temple.
All that stuff.

Snacks and Treats
I fall into pure brain fog and emptiness without treats.
I don't eat the sh*t treats I feel.
I like snacks without weird additives and preservities.
I like snacks that are foody make you full.
I don't like pure sugar treats.
It has to contain actual nutriets, otherwise I will just feel like sh*t.
I like:
* Nutbars!
* Fruits!
* Sandwiches with vegetable oil alternatives to butter.


Reject the Bodybuilding Trend
I think that body building has value, but the massive body building pressure that has occured is bad.
I very much prefer parkour and calisthenics, much more functional much more dynamic activation of the brain-muscle connections.
Seeing bodybuilders fail basic gymnastics is cringe.
Their brain-muscle connection has not gotten balanced stimulation.


Keep in Mind when Buying Food
it's been pretty hard for me to find things in the grocery store that adhere to my standards.
I can honestly say that it has been extremely tiresome distrusting the preservatives and packaging in grocery stores.
You don't have many alternatives left if you ignore everything with some preservatives or metalic/plastic packaging.
I need to soften my distrust towards preservatives and packaging types to be able to have a complete diet.
I will start by increasing my trust towards packaging, but maintaining my distrust of preservatives.
I have developed a bit of naseau due to my shopping list lacking nutrients I think.
I will need to lower my distrust towards packaging types and preservatives(though not heavy metals) in order to fix my diet.
It has become to contrained/nutrient deficent due to my shopping limitations i suspect.
No plastic packaging, no bad stuff in the packaging at all.
No exceptional levels, or preferably no levels, of heavy metals.
* Avoid things with exceptional levels of heavy metals
* Avoid sugars
* Avoid plastic packaging, especially liquids
* Avoid glued packages with liquids
Buy-list:
* Eggs in carton
* Bread in paper bag
* Pasta in paper box
* Vegetables in paper bag

The Gay Inheritage
All of us have what I call "the gay inheritage"
It is all of the nonsense you are born into that is your duty to get rid of.

It is processed food diet.
It is lack of exercise.

It is heavy metal pollutants.
Don't let all of the gay nonsense you grew up with weigh you down.
no one is born without gay inheritage.
Having no microplastics in you is pretty much impossible.



Toxicity/Poison in Healthcare
When I weigh treatments I always use RIDBC, risk of death by condition, to see which path is objectively best.
The path where the risk is the lowest is objectively the best path.

Rubbing Alcohol:
Alcohol is a powerful neurotoxin and is also carcinogenic, it is also an amazing disinfectant.
A tiny bit of alcohol is absorbed by your skin when you apply it, though
do you want to die of sepsis, or do you want to be a teeny tiny bit stupider?
Don't use any weak sh*t to clean your cuts and wounds, karma will get ya landed in the hospital with sepsis.

Flouride Toothpaste:
Studies show that when put into drinking water it can have a slight effect on cognitive ability.
You do not swallow tooth paste I hope.
Do you want to die of parodontit induced sepsis, or do you want to be teeny, weeny, tiny bit stupider?

Röntgen:
Radiation always damage you slightly, though the doses of radiation you get from a röntgen are the same as what you get in a day or two outside.
An incomplete oral exam can easily miss pockets of parodontit/infection.
non-röntgen timeline: missed pocket -> missed infection -> Sepsis
You probably won't notice the pocket until it is infected, just like you don't notice your paradontit until it becomes infected, 40% of people have paradontit and most are not even aware of it.
"I will notice if my gums go bad" you msot likely won't, like the absolute majority of people.
And when you notice is probably because you have an infection, and that is really f*cking bad.
So what do you choose?
1. No röntgen, great chance of missing pockets of paradontit/infection, increasing chance of sepsis, lowered immune system and cancer.
2. Röntgen, extremely low chance of missing pockets of paradontit/infection, decreasing chance of sepsis, greater immune system, lower risk of cancer.
If you do not properly treat paradontit your chance of sepsis AND cancer becomes much greater than if you do a proper treatment with röntgen.
A day outside(radiation from a röntgen), is less associated with sepsis/cancer than a compromised immune system, which an improper oral exam will get ya.
Mouth health is everything.
You have probably gotten more carcinogenic issues from rubbing alcohol than you will ever get from röntgen.
Do you want to die of parodontit induced sepsis at 30, or do you want to get cancer just a teeny, weeny, tiny bit earlier when you're 70?

I'm always on the lookout for alternatives to all of the above, but if their effectiveness is low I will disregard them.

I have that image of those sepsis patients just barely alive/dead in the hospital when I use any of the above.
I once did half measure, used jod instead of med.-sprit, I ended up in the hospital and had to take antibiotics.
Don't mess with inflamation, cuts, wounds, paradontit and such, I almost died doing that.
Go the full measure or die.

Strength, Endurance, mobility
I Primarily do parkour and calisthenics for full body exercise.
I go outside, figure out movement challenges, I make movement routines.
My exercise revolves around routines and series of moves to make sure I stimulate the entire brain-muscle system.
In order of importance:
0. Warm up
1. move series
2. kick series
3. bike/jogs
4. Stretches(warm up before, do kicks)
5. Weights/machines(good for activating specific muscles)

* Olive oil, massive amounts

Teeth Health
Don't eat anything that breaks down the teeth.
Remove anything that can break down the teeth if left in.
BRUSH YOUR TEETH AFTER EVERY MEAL.


Reject Organ Donation Trend
You can actually end up getting organ harvested alive if you are mislabeled dead.
